Abstract

Hydraulic power arm is an important mechanical mechanism. It is widely used to reduce all kinds of labor and ensure the quality and progress of the project. It also plays a great role in promoting the improvement of labor production efficiency. Small engineering truck is one of the refitted types. Its main mechanism is composed of boom, stick, grab and hydraulic cylinder of carriage lifting mechanism.

Based on the composition mechanism of the lifting device of the small engineering truck, and then the analysis of its movement, combined with the working environment characteristics of the small engineering truck, this study analyzes the relevant mechanisms of the corresponding lifting device, preliminarily selects the data of the small engineering truck according to the requirements of the design document, and then analyzes and calculates the data to obtain other detailed structural data.
